Shipping costs for delivery, return, or exchange are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a wrongly sent item — in which case all costs are at our expense.
We are committed to accepting returns or exchanges if:
- the product is in its original condition and packaging,
- it has not been worn, used, washed, or cleaned,
- it is returned within 14 days of receipt (Article 55 of the CPA).
