Complaints for apparent defects must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
For hidden defects - within a reasonable time after their discovery.
Complaints are not accepted for:
- improper use,
- mechanical damage,
- signs of wear
The costs for returning goods under a complaint and sending a new product are at the customer's expense, unless the defect is factory-related.
