All prices are in Leva (BGN)/Euro (EUR) including VAT.

Term: 1–3 business days

7. Returns and Exchanges
The client has the right to return the goods within 14 days, according to the Consumer Protection Act.
Conditions:

must have original tags
must be in a condition suitable for resale
The cost of return is at the client's expense, unless the goods are defective.
8. Complaints
In case of a received defect or non-compliance:
the client submits a complaint within 14 days
the goods are sent back for inspection
if the complaint is upheld, the client chooses:

repair
refund
9. Limitation of Liability
The merchant is not responsible for:
temporary unavailability of the site
errors due to third parties (courier, payment operator)
color differences due to display
10. Intellectual Property
The photos, logo, descriptions, and design of the site are the property of the merchant. Copying without permission is prohibited.
